A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 82 Ducie Street, Manchester, England, M1 2JQ presented on 27 July 2022 by DUCKER & YOUNG SCAFFOLDING LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Dunraven House 6 Meadow Court, 41 43 High Street, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 6ER claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 13 September 2022 at 10:00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)
