Notice is hereby given that on 15th July 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Ayr craving the Court inter alia that Cherry Soda Ltd., with its Registered Office at 2n Victoria Park, Ayr, KA7 2TR be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr by interlocutor dated 17th July 2020 ordained the said Cherry Soda Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
