A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Cherhil Ltd (10836497) whose registered office is UNIT 35 RASSAU INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, RASSAU, EBBW VALE, WALES NP23 5SD whose nature of business is 46900 – Non-specialised wholesale trade presented on 21 January 2021 by I.N.Z. TRADING B.V. (A Company incorporated under the laws of Netherlands) of Zuidergracht 45, 3763 Ls Soest, Netherlands claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 30 June 2021 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
