At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advisory LLP, 4th Floor, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB on 4 September 2019 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Woolrych (IP No. 10550) and Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4th Floor, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
