"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Parkman (IP No: 9588) and Lisa Alford (IP No: 9723) of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR10 9EP be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
