A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of International House, 142 Cromwell Road, London SW77 4EF whose nature of business is a general commercial company to carry out damp and dry rot preservation services, presented on 18 December 2019 by SAFEGUARD EUROPE LIMITED, of Unit 2, Redkiln Close, Horsham, West Sussex RH13 5QL, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Courts of Justice, Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 12 February 2020 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
