A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, having its registered office at Office 561 405 Kings Road London SW10 0BB, presented on 20th December 2018 by EDWARD HUTLEY INVESTMENTS LIMITED (Company No. 02389328) of Slades Farm House Thorncombe Street Bramley GU5 0LT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard by The High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts Of England And Wales Insolvency and Companies List (Chancery Division) at the Rolls Building 7 Rolls Building Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 13th February 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
