A Petition to wind up the above-named company Chelsea Dental Ltd (09646978) of Figurit Niddry Lodge, 51 Holland Street, Kensington, London W8 7JB (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is dental practice activities, presented on 16 February 2022 by SWEDEN & MARTINA LTD of 5th Floor North Side, 7/10 Chandos Street, Cavendish Square, London W1G 9DQ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 30 March 2022, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or to its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Tuesday 29 March 2022.
