“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Dickinson (IP No. 9342) and Robin Davis (IP No. 8800) both of Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
