A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Chelmsford Cars and Commercials Limited (02806045) of 144 New London Road, Chelmsford CM2 0AW, whose nature of business is 68209 - Other letting and operating of own or leased real estate, presented on Thursday 30 May 2019, at 10:00 by BRAINTREE DISTRICT COUNCIL, of Causeway House, Braintree CM7 9HB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 22 July 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
