At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 10.15 am on 8 February 2019, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London WC1V 6RL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them.”
