A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 2nd Floor, 94 New Walk, Leicester LE1 7EA, presented on 13 September 2018 by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED of Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 5GD claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 31 October 2018, at 10.30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petitioner can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor by 16.00 hours on Wednesday 30 October 2018.
