That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That John Edmund Paylor of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Suite 72, Temple Chambers, Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0HP and Sajid Sattar of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they may act jointly or severally in this regard.
