Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the joint liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors as requested by the creditors for the purpose of The purpose of this meeting is to seek a decision from creditors, on the appointment of the nominated Liquidators and to agree their duties. As a result of a meeting having been requested by creditors, the original deemed consent procedure is superseded.; Claimed must be lodged no later than 4pm on the business day immediately prior to the meeting, via email to leigh@purnells.co.uk without which votes will be invalid. Should claims be lodged be post, due to the current COVID-19 crisis, receipt cannot be guaranteed.; Creditors with claims of less than ?1,000 are still required to submit their claims by 4pm on the business day immediately prior to the meeting, should they wish to vote.; Any proxy must be delivered to the convenor or chair, by email, ahead of the meeting, as postal delivery cannot be guaranteed.; In accordance with Rule 15.38 any creditors who is excluded, or affected by an exclusion, may complain to the chair or convenor, no later than 4pm on the business day following the exclusion, or notice of exclusion. and The chair may adjourn or suspend the meeting if thought necessary and must be adjourned if it is so resolved of the meeting. Should creditors wish to appeal the decision made at the meeting of creditors, they have a right to do so. In order to appeal creditors should make an application to court within 21 days of the decision date. The meeting will be held on 01 April 2020, at 11:00.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs with Leigh Holmes at Goldfields House, 18a Gold Tops, Newport, South Wales NP20 4PH by no later than 16:00 on 31 March 2020.

The joint liquidators will treat any debts of ÂŁ1,000 or less as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend, unless creditors advise the joint liquidators that the amount of the debt is incorrect (in which case, proofs must be submitted) or that no debt is owed, also by 16:00 on 31 March 2020.

Any creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof by 16:00 on 31 March 2020.
