A Petition to Wind-up the above named Company of 602-604 Kingston Road, London, SW20 8DN presented on 1 July 2019 by Caudwell Properties (109) Limited whose address is Coach House Broughton Hall, Broughton, Eccleshall, Stafford, ST21 6NS claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 13 August 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
