A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Kingfisher House, 21-23 Elmfield Road, Bromley, Kent, England, BR1 1LT presented on 9 April 2018 by THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR BUSINESS, ENERGY AND INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY, c/o Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP, Condor House, 10 St. Paul's Churchyard, London, EC4M 8AL (the "Petition") in the public interest will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England & Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 6 June 2018 at 11.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
