NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a meeting of creditors of Charters Limited will be held at the offices of BDO LLP, 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, West Sussex, RH6 OPA on 10 May 2016 at 10.00am for the purpose of considering the following resolutions:

1. That creditors consider and if thought fit appoint a Liquidation Committee to assist the Joint Liquidators (such a committee must comprise of between 3 and 5 creditors). If no such committee is formed the creditors will consider the following resolutions;

2. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw their remuneration based on the time costs incurred by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in respect of the liquidation and capped at ÂŁ60K plus VAT and

3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw category 2 disbursements in respect of postage, stationery, photocopying charges, telephone, fax and other electronic communications on the basis of ÂŁ5.00 per creditor per annum, plus VAT; and

4. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to discharge mileage expenses calculated at 45p per mile from the funds held in the liquidation;

A creditor entitled to vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in the creditor's stead.

Proxy forms must be submitted to the offices of BDO LLP, 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, West Sussex, RH6 0PA by no later than 12 noon on 9 May 2016 to entitle you to vote on the resolutions.
