“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Peter O’Hara (IP No. 6371) of O’Hara & Co, Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9EJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
