Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 May 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Harris (IP No. 015454) of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1DD and Mark Reynolds (IP No. 008838) of Valentine & Co, Glade House, 52-54 Carter Lane, London, EC4V 5EF be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
