This Notice is delivered by Anthony Brinley Richards, director of the Company, c/o Philip Duffy, of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW (telephone number 0161 827 9000).

It is proposed that the following decisions be made: 1. The creditors confirmed the nomination of the liquidators appointed by the members and accordingly, Philip Duffy and Sarah Bell remain as Joint Liquidators of the Company, acting jointly and severally. 2. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established (unless sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a Committee).

The creditors will be treated as having made the proposed decisions if insufficient objections are raised. The Decision Date is: 15 November 2019. This is also the date the resolution to wind up is to be considered by the members of the Company.

The proposed Liquidators Philip Duffy and Sarah Bell are persons qualified to act as insolvency practitioners in relation to the Company who, during the period before the Decision Date, will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require.

Creditors Options: If you agree with the proposed decisions, no further action is required; You may wish to object to one or more of the proposed decisions.

To object to the proposed decisions, you must deliver a notice in writing, with a proof of debt even if you have a claim under ÂŁ1000 (unless one has already been submitted), stating that you do so to Philip Francis Duffy, Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW or by email to Daniel.O.Ryan@duffandphelps.com no later than 11.59 pm on 15 November 2019, the Decision Date, failing which your objection will be disregarded.

It is the convener's responsibility to aggregate any objections to see if the threshold is met for the decision to be taken as not having been made. That the threshold is 10% in value of those creditors entitled to vote.

Where there are no objections, or the objection threshold is not reached, the creditors are deemed to have made the proposed decisions put forward. However, where the threshold has been reached creditors are treated as not having made such decision and a physical meeting will be convened to consider the decisions.

You may also request that the matter is dealt with at a physical meeting of creditors. Creditors who meet one or more of the statutory thresholds listed below may, between the delivery of this notice and the Decision Date, require a physical meeting to be held to consider any matter. Contact details are below. Statutory thresholds to request a meeting: 10% in value of the creditors, 10% in number of the creditors, 10 creditors. As soon as sufficient valid requisitions are received, a physical meeting will be convened.

If you are sending documents by post, you must ensure that you have allowed sufficient time for them to be delivered to the address above by the time set out below. Unless the contrary is shown, an email is treated as delivered at 9am on the next business day after it was sent.

Nothing in this notice precludes opted out creditors from objecting to the Deemed Consent procedure, requisitioning a physical meeting or requesting further information.

Creditors can appeal a decision by application to the court no later than 21 days after the Decision Date (Rule 15.35 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016.
