At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Chanters Holdings Limited duly convened and held at 22 Woodlands Drive, Atherton, United Kingdom, M46 9HH on 30 May 2018 at 16:00, the following resolutions were passed, Resolution 1 as a Special Resolution and Resolution 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

1. THAT Chanters Holdings Limited be wound up voluntarily

2. THAT Stuart John Rathmell of Stuart Rathmell Insolvency, Egyptian Mill, Egyptian Street, Bolton BL1 2HS be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets.
