At a General Meeting of the above-named LLP, duly convened, and held at Unit C12, Ledston Luck Enterprise Park, Leeds, LS25 7BF on 4 January 2021 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Roderick Graham Butcher (IP No. 8834) of Butcher Woods, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham B3 1UP be appointed Liquidator of the LLP.”
