"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Ramsbottom (IP No. 8990) of CVR Global LLP, 6th Floor Broad Quay House, Prince Street, Bristol, BS1 4DJ and Craig Povey (IP No. 9665) of CVR Global LLP, Three Brindleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham, B1 2JB be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
