A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 23 Windermere Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV6 9DW presented on 1 July 2019 by CANNOCK CHASE DISTRICT COUNCIL of Civic Centre, Beecroft Road, Cannock, WS11 1BG claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on 21 August 2019, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
