Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Company held at 59 Shelvers Way, Tadworth KT20 5QJ on 18 September 2020, at 9.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that R L H Knight (IP No. 002231) and M S Willis (IP No. 9391) both of Compass Financial Recovery and Insolvency Ltd, Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom, KT18 5AD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and any required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by either one of them."
