Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 7 January 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Bailey (IP No. 9428) and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad (IP No. 9475) both of Bailey Ahmad Limited, 257b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 7 January 2022 the appointment of Paul Bailey and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
