A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate The Cottage Pierremont Park, Pierremont Avenue, Boradstairs, Kent, CT10 1JX and whose last known trading address is 78 Canterbury Road, Margate, Kent, CT9 5DF presented on 31 March 2021 by Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Ltd of Saint-Gobain House East Leake, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE12 6JU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 6 October 2021 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
