Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Members duly convened and held at the offices of Morton Fraser, Quartermile Two, 2 Lister Square, Simpson Loan, Edinburgh EH3 9GL on 9 August 2017 at 11.00 am, the following Special Resolution was passed:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Graeme Cameron Smith, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up and that he is authorised to make distributions in specie if he considers appropriate."
