NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under s246ZF of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 6.14, 15.7 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that the following decisions are being sought from the creditors of the company by way of a deemed consent procedure. The decisions are being proposed by Mr John Richard Frenkel, the director of the company and Convenor, in accordance with resolutions passed by the Board of Directors.

The decision date is 06 July 2021.

The resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily will be considered by the Members on the Decision Date.

The proposed decisions are:

That creditors of the Company nominate Simon Renshaw ACA MIPA MABRP of AABRS Limited to act as Liquidator of the Company. .

That a liquidation committee will not be established unless sufficient creditors have indicated by the Decision Date that they are willing to be members of the committee.

In order to object to the proposed decision, you must deliver a notice stating that you object not later than 23.59 on 06 July 2021. In addition, you must have also delivered a proof of debt to the Convenor not later than the decision date, failing which your objection will be disregarded.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote.

Nominations for members of the Committee must be received by the Convenor prior to 23.59 on the decision date. The Liquidator as appointed will consider the eligibility of any nominations to establish a Committee.

Simon Renshaw ACA MIPA MABRP of AABRS Limited is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above company and a list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection at the office of the Insolvency Practitioner between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on the two business days prior to the Decision Date.
