Notice is hereby given that on 11 June 2019 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Andrew Lawson craving the Court inter alia that CFJK Ltd (formerly Conduit Finance Limited), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC459680) and having its registered office formerly at 49 Northumberland Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6JJ and now at 31 Albany Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3QN be wound up by the Court and that Blair James Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, Campbell Dallas Limited, Titanium 1, King's Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 12 June 2019 ordained CFJK Ltd (formerly Conduit Finance Limited) and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
