Notice is hereby given that on 10 October 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Search Consultancy Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC105640) and having its Registered Office at Atrium Court, 50 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6HQ, craving the court inter alia, that CFF (Contractors) Ltd., a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC393937) and having its Registered Office at Fyfe Moir & Associates, 58 Queens Road, Aberdeen, AB15 4YE (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen, by interlocutor dated 25 October 2017, ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
