At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Regus UK Limited, Midsummer Court, 314 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 2UB on 13 April 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and ordinary resolutions respectively:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Frank Simms and Martin Richard Buttriss, both of F A Simms & Partners Limited, Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB, (IP Nos 9252 and 9291) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding-up.”
