At a meeting of the management board of the above named LLP, duly convened and held via a video conference call on 11 November 2020, the following determinations were passed as a Special and Ordinary determination respectively:

“That the Limited Liability Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Godfrey-Evans (IP No. 8794) and Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Limited Liability Partnership, to act either jointly or severally.”
