A petition to wind up the above named company of Unit 3, 6/7 St. Mary At Hill, London, EC3R 8EE whose nature of business is the provision of asset management services was presented on the 30 June 2022 by PLURIS INVESTMENTS S.A.R.L of 15 Boulevard F.W, Raiffeisen, L2411, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg a creditor of the Company and will be heard at the High Court of Justice,7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on the 12 October 2022 at 10:30 am or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard.
