A Petition to wind up the above-named company Centurion Estate Planning Group Ltd (registered no. 14046303) of 76-77 East Street, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1HL, whose nature of business is Activities of patent and copyright agents; other legal activities not elsewhere classified, presented on 8 August 2024 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Premium Credit Limited, Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 25 September 2024 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
