At a general meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG on 20 March 2018 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That Central Home Development Ltd cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue it’s business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Louise Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG, (IP No 9650) be appointed Liquidator of the Company and that she is authorised to act.”
