Notice is hereby given that on 18 May 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Alloa by Central Furniture Distribution Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts having company registration number SC356569 and having its registered office at Unit 4, The Pleasures, Alloa West Business Park, Alloa, FK10 1TD (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 18 May 2017, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Alloa Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement
