Notice is hereby given that on 9 January 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that Central Events Ltd., with its Registered Office at 4 Woodside Place, Glasgow G3 7QF be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 21 January 2019 ordained the said Central Events Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
