At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held on 19 August 2022 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Mark Defty (IP No. 9245) and Irvin Cohen (IP No. 18412) both of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the them, may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone."
