Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors within the period of two months from the last date of proving.

Notice is also given that the last date for proving shall be 14 June 2019.

Creditors who have not already done so should send their names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the Liquidator, Timothy Frank Corfield at Griffin & King, 26-28 Goodall Street, Walsall, West Midlands, WS1 1QL. A creditor who has not proved by the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason of non-participation, the distribution of the dividend and will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.
