Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That Christopher Whiteoak of Whiteoak Morris Limited, Sophia House, 28 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up".
