A Petition to wind up the above named Company of 35 Croydon Road, West Wickham, England, BR4 9HZ was presented on 6 December 2021 by CLOSE BROTHERS LIMITED (T/A CLOSE BROTHERS ASSET FINANCE) (Company No. 00195626) of 10 Crown Place, London, EC2A 4FT (the "Petitioner") claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG.
