At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at The Note House, Harrison Drive, Goostrey, Crewe, Cheshire CW4 8NP on 11 June 2021, the following Resolutions were duly passed as Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Kachani (IP No. 5780) and Gareth Hunt (IP No. 19132) both of Royce Peeling Green Limited incorporating Crawfords, The Copper Room, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, Manchester, M3 7BG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
