Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 1 July 2022 by written resolution of Members of the above-named Company, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Bailey (IP No. 9428) and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad (IP No. 9475) both of Bailey Ahmad Limited, 257b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3PS be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 1 July 2022 the appointment of Tommaso Waqar Ahmad and Paul Bailey as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
