Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that Jeremy Willmont (IP No. 9044) and Emma Sayers (IP No. 009695) both of Moore Stephens LLP, 150 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4AB were appointed Joint Liquidators by Secretary of State on 9 October 2018.

Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 31 December 2018, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to Jeremy Willmont of Moore Stephens LLP, 150 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4AB, the Joint Liquidator of the Company.

If so required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidator, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which is considered necessary by the Joint Liquidator to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
