At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 170 Church Lane Moston, Manchester, Greater Manchester, M9 4HZ on 4 September 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Duncan (IP No. 9645) of Savants Restructuring Limited, 83 Victoria Street, London, SW1H 0HW be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 4 September 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Adrian Duncan as liquidator.
