“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and

“That James Kaye and Nick Morgan of NTF Financial Solutions Limited, Suite 4, Aus-Bore House, 19-25 Manchester Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 1BQ, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
