A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 18 August 2022 by MANCHESTER CITY COUNCIL of Ground Floor, 1 City Road East, Manchester M14 4PN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of Suite 7, 1 Roebuck Lane, Sale, Greater Manchester M33 7SL will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10:00 am on Tuesday 4 October 2022 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
