"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian McCulloch (IP No. 18532) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Mount Suite, Rational House, 32 Winckley Square, Preston PR1 3JJ and Mark Nicholas Ranson (IP No. 9299) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 3rd Floor, One Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5HN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
