At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at: Purnells, Treverva Farm, Treverva, Penryn, Near Falmouth, Cornwall, TR10 9BL on 17 February 2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up voluntarily, and that:

2. Lisa Alford (IP Number 9723) & Chris Parkman (IP Number 9588) of Purnells, Treverva Farm, Treverva, Penryn, Near Falmouth, Cornwall, TR10 9BL be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.
